Septemeber

so... September is finally here lots to look forward to this month. Today has been a pretty same ole same ole day. Worked at Nike til 4, now I have 3 pitching lessons and then home to see the puppies and cook dinner. I feel so blah today, like I gained 30 lbs over night. I know I didn't, just feels that way. I'm starting to try and eat better, just hard when its your birthday weekend coming up and I need to go buy groceries Haha. Well that's it for now, time for my lessons. Will update if anything exciting happens!

Random Rainy Days

Its randomly raining today. I wish it would just stick around for a while so my husband wouldn't have to water the lawn every evening. Oh well. This morning we got up and started cleaning the house. I started on the kitchen while Dave (that's my hubby) started cleaning and folding the laundry. It feels so good to have the house clean and fresh smelling. We wanted it all done before the weekend since my mom and dad are coming down to visit for my 25th (eek) birthday and their anniversary! Not sure what the big plans are yet, but possible River Walk or something of that nature. I always thought it was funny that I was born on labor day weekend, being that the word "Labor" and my birthday occurred together, even though the two are have nothing in common for real. This is my first blog thingy ma jig. Its kinda nice to put your thoughts down on well screen. I almost said paper and that would have just dated the whole idea. Here are a few things that are going on in our world.

September 1st starts our "Money Saving Month" we are going to see how much money we can save in the month of September by just cutting out movie buying, fast food/eating out, and excess spending all together. And to see if we can "survive" without our so called "luxuries" haha I think we can handle it. With all this said brings me to my next goal.

Losing weight. This is one reason behind the whole blogging experience. To keep myself in check and track what I am doing daily. My blogs will consist of mainly daily activities, weight lose info, and whats cooking with Randi!

Weight lose goal: 20lbs by November 15. The day before our 3 year anniversary! We are going to Pagosa Springs Colorado for 3 nights 4 days and I would like to be "content" with myself by then.
Weight lose solutions: NO fast food, workout 3-4 times a week, eat and cook healthy at home!

Sound simple right?! haha we will see...

2nd Goal: Growing my hair out. It's going to be hard, but I am going to try my best go grow my hair out! The cooler months are coming so it wont be as difficult to resist cutting my gold locks.
